cestlavish Hi I see you left a 1 star rating due to the fact these shoes did not fit you. I wear a 7.5 or 8 and these shoes just barely did not fit me. I had my friend, an 8.5, try these on and they fit her perfectly but they are not her style. I'm sorry that the shoes did not fit you, however they are not defective.

cestlavish Please remember that you are rating seller based on accurate descriptions, prompt delivery, and careful package and not on how you think it looks or fits your body type. That is not the seller's fault when something is true to size. I'm sorry that you didn't have the experience you wanted with these shoes, but please don't punish small sellers who are doing their best and who rely heavily on this income.

staciersj @imso20something the issue is not the shoe size. It’s is a defective strap. The shoes did not even work for a friend that has a size 9 foot. The shoes are beautiful but are not a good product. It seems to me that should have been disclosed as I will never be able to wear them.

cestlavish @staciersj they 100% worked for my 8.5 friend and like I said, when I tried them on, they just barely didn't fit me and I never wear above an 8. So that's not the experience we had before I posted them. I have cancelled an order in the past when I realized there was a flaw I hadn't seen before and never shipped the item. The customer told me it would've been fine, but I didn't feel right about it.

cestlavish @staciersj I would never purposefully not disclose information, and if my friend who wears an 8.5 (but doesn't like heels) is the only one who can actually wear these shoes, then I'm so sorry that's the case, but I was not trying to withhold information at all. They fit her perfectly, they just barely didn't fit me, they seemed true to size. At the end of the day, I'm not the manufacturer. I'm just a shopper who posts the things I find and try to make sure it's in good condition.
