dietitianstacy @jasmyn_32 I’m not sure you understand. As I just said, I have done what I can do which is to email poshmark. I told them directly that I have not shipped your item and that there seems to be a glitch in the system, so I would assume that they will refund you. HOWEVER, I do not have the authority to do that. My suggestion that you email them as well was only to help the process along.
