ericabury @buniescrafts yes I saw that the shoes were not the wrong size I sent you a message saying that if you wanted to cancel the order that you could but you never responded to me so I just went ahead and send it out anyways I'm sorry for that I didn't realize that you didn't want them, since you did not cancel, also I didnt know that I had another order with you that was cancelled what was it that you bought? Also could you please let me know whenever you have the item shipped back to me?

bunniescrafts1 I am sorry I did not see that message until now, I am new to poshmark and am still trying to get the hang of it, had I saw that I would have let you know not to send the shoes. I am not sure what to do now I love the pants and want to keep them but the shoes will not fit me, and the other order was a layered top.

ericabury @buniescrafts I understand, it was confusing to me too when I first started. But I know that you have to send everything back to get your full refund. Maybe if you still want the pants we can work something out after I get them back, I would be happy to do that for you. 😊 and make sure that when you write a message you put @ericabury so that it shows up to me and not just on your comments!

bunniescrafts1 I dont want a full refund, I guess I just dont know how to do this but I want to keep the pants but not the shoes there is no way I could fit in them, cant I just send the shoes back and get a partial refund.

ericabury @buniescrafts I don't think so, you could email Posh and see what they say about it but I'm not sure. This is all new to me too I've never had a case opened against any items so I don't know how it works either. I think there is a time limit on you sending back the stuff after your case has been won..
