slperry2172 @claudialaw i apologize if they weren't worn by you. I have purchased at least 30 pair of Silver jeans/capris/boyfriends/shorts over the past few years. The boyfriend pair i received today was not a new pair without tags. They were a used pair. So, wherever you received them from was not forthright with you. Again, i am sorry. This isnt a negative towards you by any means!! I just know my clothes!
