@yassamin62 I’m so sorry to hear your disappointment, there wasn’t a glitch you had actually countered with a lower price which is why that offer wasn’t valid. That has happened me as well when negotiating and it’s quite frustrating. It was still under the listed price, if you had paid that price as well it would have been purchased and done. Again, I’m truly sorry if you’re upset and wish you the best.
