ohusoneedthis Thank you!!! You’ve got a cutie, too—I see! Frank is like a little Houdini—the halter your dog has on—is the same as one Frank had and while out walking he pulled his shoulder down through the neck and somehow slid out of it!!! He took off and doesn’t go out alone because we have coyotes, deer, and an occasional wolf! I caught up with him that was the end of trying to find a halter that would stay on!

Oh our dogs they are ever the love but little stinkers like a constant 3 year old at your side lol! we call the broken beagle, she doesn’t bark, she’s afraid to walk past our fence her nose doesn’t get her in trouble we can’t get the chick to put on weight lol. She does however love my daughter!

ohusoneedthis @sleejryan oh!! That’s great that your little girl and the dog get along so well! My parents bought me a dog when I was 2! The dog did not love me because—I’d bother him when he was eating and literally pulled and poked at him til he’d nip at me!!! Had to give him up!!!! 2 was a little too young! They tried again when I was 4 and had no problems!!!Dogs are just great!!! And are good to have since they usually guard their child fiercely!!!

pinktenaj Hi Stacy, beautiful pics and family! Love the beagle🐶, such a sweetheart. We have one too. Hope yours is better behaved than ours 😬. She’s a wild and crazy girl who follows her nose everywhere and doesn’t know what “no” means. She stares at us with those big brown eyes till she gets what she wants. Hogs the bed every night too. Just thought I would give a shout-out about your sweet oics😁

pinktenaj @sleejryan Oh my gosh ours don’t ear acorns🙃 but everything else. You could describe ours as a “naughty turd” also. Horrible to house break😬. But like you we love her and she’s our baby. Yours has pretty classic colors, ours is a tri-color. We rescued her and she’s a pure breed with papers. Think next time I’ll just get a mutt😁. Nice to talk to another beagle lover! I had a little mutt dog for 15 years so it took me 2 Years to even get another dog, what we do love is the bond between her and my daughter they are best friends, and Lucy is so so so patient with the crazy 4 year old!!!

That dog tolerated all the ear pulling and everything else. So yes they are good with kids and loyal dogs
