lucijane11 Hi...Listen, that certainly isn’t my fault if a necklace broke after wearing it. I didn’t make it! It was bought brand new and never worn. I’ve never EVER gotten a bad review like that. That certainly wasn’t my fault. And to not give me the opportunity to even help out before blasting me! I work very hard to keep all my customers happy. And would of sent you a free necklace regardless of who’s fault it is. Because I’m I hate to hear that it happened! Which necklace was it even!

I apologize for not letting you know that one of the items I purchased from you broke on the first day I received it before rating my purchase. The necklace that broke was the Anthropology Gemstone necklace, list price $42. What would you like me to do?
