alivida63 Hi Stacy, I was on the phone with USPS for about an hour today. I had them open up an investigation regarding your package. It says it finally left El Paso Texas today, but I want the tracking what happens to it every minute so the push getting it to you. I am not happy with them since your package was put in the mail on the 12th, priority. You should have had it no later than the 15th. I should hear back on the investigation sometime tomorrow. I will let you know. Ali

alivida63 Hi Stacy, I finally have some news. I went down to the PO again today. I guess it got stuck in TX with a lot of other mail cause the facility/employees has a ton of COVID cases. The good news is they put a new shipping label on it this afternoon to speed it up and ensure you get it. You will have it Tuesday!! If you want the new tracking # let me know otherwise I will be keeping a close eye on it. Thank you for all your patience, Ali
