capsuleclassics Hi Stacy, I just replied to PM re the case you opened. I am so sorry. I’m not sure what happened. I’m going to check with the person who is looking for the overalls to see if she got your blazer. (The overalls never showed as being tracked, so let that person know there possibly was a problem, but I had no idea there was a problem at your end). If I did a switcheroo, I am so sorry, and mortified. I will get back to you ASAP!

capsuleclassics @20sjazzbaby i see PM approved the case for you to send back the overalls, but they didnt say where, I assume they will be coming back to me? Please let me know so i can inform the other buyer??? I guess i should have also opened a case on your jacket being missing...but thought there was a reasonable chance they would show up at the other buyer!! Do you want to cancel the sale, or should i still open a case? Again, i am sorry. This the first time i have lost an item in the mail

20sjazzbaby I put it in the mail today addressed to Cynthia White. They said they are going to issue a refund for the jacket once you get it back? This is what the email said: Thank you for reporting your order and submitting the photos. After reviewing the case, we have decided to grant you a refund for this order. You must return the order promptly to the seller in order to get a refund. If there are multiple items in the order, all items need to be returned to receive a refund.

capsuleclassics @20sjazzbaby hi Stacey, thanks so much for shipping back the overalls; I got them today. I still have no answers re: where your jacket is! If you would like me to try to source a similar jacket for you, i will gladly do so and sell at same price...i have been asking PM what to do about a miss8ng item, but not getting answers from them, at least not so far! Will be in touch when i hear from them. Thanks so much for your patience with all of this!!!
