kristinrochon Hi Stacy I an Kristin and you ordered the bag from me. As we were packing it we noticed some pen marks on the top where the leather is. Its a heavy bag and I paid msrp for it, so I know the value and I didn’t want to send it without seeing if you still wanted it? Did you want me to cancel the order? Do you want me to send it with free stuff to make yo for it?

kristinrochon @stacybustamante this is what im going to do. Im going to cancel the order and have my assistant try to remove it. Then I will repost it at at not for same. You can see it and make up your mind after we know if the mark will come off the leather! Thank you! ❤️😇

kristinrochon @stacybustamante the good news is your bag has never been used and is brand new. The bad news is I sold a MK bag that’s super similar for more and I don’t think that pen is coming out! Enjoy your new bag love! ❤️
