simplychicposh Boy I have made a big mistake. I did not ship your robe - I’m looking at it now but it says I shipped it. There is a probability I used your label and mailed you something else. I mailed several things today so I’m not positive what it is. Is there any chance I can have your husband open it and tell me what’s in it do I can send the correct label to put on it???? I have sold online for 8 years and have never done this. I am so sorry and I am so embarrassed. Please forgive me.

Unfortunately im not comfortable asking him to do that. We have a lot going on right now. His Dad is in the hospital and he’s got a lot on his mind. I can assist you on Wednesday. Sorry!

Please send me the new form when you finish playing detective and I will ship it out for you on Wednesday. If this is the worst thing you’ve done as a Posher, I’d say youve got a great record. ❤️

simplychicposh @sincerely_stacy you are very sweet and I can’t thank you enough. I contacted Posh and here’s what they said: you have to request a return label for the wrong item I shipped. I have to cancel your order and relist. If you are still interested you will need to repurchase. I understand you can’t ship it back until Wed. - no rush for you to return it to me.
