tiffplg @stacya933 You can tap on poshmark support center and contact poshmark support. It will give you an option to send an email. Just explain what happened , and they will make any changes for you. I wanted to change something on my account and they replied after a few days. Support has been helpful from my experience 😊

At this time, only the seller is able to cancel if requesting to be cancelled within the first 7 days of being purchased. Additionally, we allow sellers up to 7 full days to ship out their sales before it can be cancelled by a buyer. We apologize for any inconveinence this may cause for you.

stacya933 we kindly suggest reaching out to the seller directly to have them cancel the order on their end so you can receive a full refund which you may do by commenting directly on the listing or by tagging their username in a comment on any listing. You can tag the user while leaving a comment by typing the @ symbol before their username e.g. @username and it will automatically be linked to their profile.

stacya933 however, if the seller remains unresponsive & your order is not shipped after 7 days, you are welcome to cancel the order on your end. To cancel your order, please go to the order screen and tap on “Problems/Order Inquiry”. The next screen will allow you as a buyer to cancel the order by selecting “Order Delayed” and a full refund will be issued to you.

classydiva55 @stacya933 Hello Stacy, Poshmark states that purchases made through an offer which is accepted cannot be canceled. If I were to request a cancellation, I receive a warning from Poshmark for not being able to fulfil an order. I know that this is difficult for us both. Could you resell the boots?
