screevan5 Hi! you purchased my London Fog peacoat yesterday and I was going to ship today. As I was going over with a lint roller, I noticed some threading had come undone on one of the buttons. All of the buttons have threading going through the 4 holes (in middle of button) except one where the threading only goes through two holes. The button is still attached just not as securely as the others. I wanted to bring this to your attention to give you the option to cancel the order if you’d like!

screevan5 @ssheehan61 thanks for responding so quickly! It also has a substantial amount of pet hair that doesn’t seem to want to come off! I’ve already went through 6 lint sheets and doesn’t seem much better. I really strive to make sure all of my orders I send out are super clean and in excellent condition so I feel a little hesitant about this one.

screevan5 @ssheehan61 I’m doing the best I can to clean it up- kind of hard when it’s dry clean only. I’ll go ahead and ship it and if you’re not happy with it, you can contact me when you receive it and we can process a return. I always want people to be happy and that’s most important to me so I wouldn’t want you to feel stuck with something you didn’t want. Does that sound ok?
