jawncena Hi @bruins3781 I just wanted to give you an update on your order. I dropped it off on Monday and see that it is still not tracking. However, two others orders I dropped off at the same time have been tracking so I’m hoping this is just a delay on scanning the item which seems to happen from time to time. I have reached out to Posh to let them know and am hoping to have an update by the end of the day!

jawncena @bruins3781 hello again. I am so so sorry about your order! I have never had this issue before. So I just left the post office hoping they might be able to help me track down this package and it was crazy over there because of the holidays. They said that the most likely scenario was that it was misplaced or wasn’t scanned upon arrival but that they were sure it would turn up 🙄 which obviously does not help right now lol

jawncena @bruins3781 So when I initially contacted Posh about it last week they said that it happens from time to time and if I did not have tracking information by next Thurs(tomorrow) to contact them again. So I will do that first thing at midnight tonight! They should refund you for your purchase and then hopefully your package turns up anyway! Maybe after all the holiday craziness? That’s what I’m hoping :). I’m so sorry again and will make sure you’re refunded ASAP!

Super bummed that these may be lost for good but hoping after the holiday chaos they eventually make their way to you anyway :). Thanks for understanding. Enjoy the holidays!
