luxandjuniper @doriehg sorry about your shipping time I scheduled 2 picks with USPS and they never came. I hade to wait until the weekend when I had a baby sitter to ship out. So really its not that I wanted to ship late. 🙄✌🏻

shopskylarmarie Your item is tracking. If you go into the tracking on posh it tells you nothing but if you click the tracking number, USPS has updated it!

kgsouthbeach @malibuninja Stacy, I wanted to let you know that I contacted Poshmark regarding the item you purchased from me. I do not know what happened, but all my packages are sent with care and I use quality packaging and a thermal label maker so that this kind of issue doesn’t occur. This was an issue that occurred while USPS was in possession of the item and I intend to make it right.

kgsouthbeach @malibuninja Actually, the appropriate way would be to file a complaint about it to Poshmark. I've already contacted them and told them what happened. (I'm SO GLAD you still have the packaging!) If you go to your order activity, there will be an option that says OPTIONS/ORDER INQUIRY. If you tap on that, it will give you the option of reporting the dress as received "not as described" and a place where you can upload the damage packaging and dress. (continued)

kgsouthbeach @malibuninja You can explain how you received the dress. Which I KNOW is not as described because I would never send out something so sloppy! I don't know what USPS did to that package before they delivered it, but I am INFURIATED that this happened to you. This isn't how I do business and will do whatever it takes to make it right. Something similar happened once before and the buyer was given a full refund and I was still paid, so I think the packages are insured. (Continued)

kgsouthbeach @malibuninja I hate to keep sending so many messages, but Posh has a 500 character limit) As I was saying, I will do what it takes to make things right even if it means I accept a return of damaged goods. Again, this is not how I conduct business. This is how I make a living so my reputation as a seller is very important to me. I am mortified and again, I am so, so sorry. If I hear from Posh, I'll let you know. But go ahead and start a return request. I will back you up 100%.

kgsouthbeach @malibuninja Hi Stacy! Were you able to file a return request with Poshmark? All I have gotten from them was a standard, automated email telling me they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. I would ask that you send me the pics via email, but it’s against their policy and I want to remain Posh compliant. I’d be happy to walk you thru the steps if you need assistance. Just let me know.

kgsouthbeach @malibuninja Hi Stacy, I'm sorry to bother you again, but I received a response from Norma from Poshmark regarding the damaged item. She told that you would need to open a case to report the item as "received damaged". As I said before, I will back up your claim. However, until/unless you file the claim, it is totally out of my hands. Please let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I don't know if there is a time limit on disputes of this nature, so I urge you to do this ASAP.

kgsouthbeach @malibuninja I just checked and you're right. If you accept the order or do not report the order within 72 hours, it's considered final and completed. However, I think it would be wise to contact them and let them know that you didn't know you could dispute it. They are aware of the issue because I have spoke to them about it. If you tap on your purchases, you'll see the dress. Tap on that, then Problems/Order Inquiry and then Contact Poshmark Support. Again, I would do this ASAP.
