littlecrive @lionsbaby I completely understand. I hope you're not upset with me! I'm sorry I wasn't able to get it back out to you sooner. I tried to get the label printed as soon as your package got here. But I have a brand new printer and it was just being a B****. But I agree with you. She doesn't even seen phased about the situation. She ef'd everything up. And still just gets to sit back and collect our money when we're running around doing all the work!

That's exactly how I feel she is acting as though it's not a big deal and to me she should be panelized some type away Au and I should be compensated in regards to her mistake I could see a person making a mistake and when they seem is though they are really sincere with an apology but she does not seem phase one bit and I as a buyer do not like that period Please no I am not in the least bit upset with you I greatly appreciate you!!

littlecrive @lionsbaby I agree. There should be some sort of disciplinary action. Especially when she shows absolutely no empathy towards the situation. Which I think is complete BS. Shouldn't be selling to the public when you are unable to at least mirror human emotions! If I was in her shoes, I would have been absolutely mortified! I would have lost sleep over it. I don't think I would ever be able to stop apologizing to a buyer if I did something like that.

lionsbaby @littlecrive You are absolutely right and that is how I feel however getting someone at customer service is not an option no one has replied to anything that I have said iand trust me this might be my last time ordering off of the site! Not some mention your item came from someone else to her and then she just repackage it and put her return address and label on yours so that was more like a 3rd party that she got your item from
