I shipped it in a perfectly sealed box, if it was open, that's because they didn't handle it well. I'm making $2 on this jacket, I shipped it in what I had. And in my description I said "it's 5xl BUT I'm 6'2 and it sits well on me. Jacket said 5x so I wrote 5x. You are welcome to ship it back in a same box.
