This site is new to me and I am kind of sceptical of purchasing used or gently used items due to fear I am not sure exactly what the product is going to look like in person. Hello Stanecia, I'm sorry you had dings in the heel I'm not sure which one it was but I've never worn either of them. The black ones ordered o line and the gold in a store. Unless they were a return and I didn't notice. I've always had it in the box as pictured but could not mail both boxes.
