houndstooth @fashonista_diva The Hi Bye purse was brand new & not broken when I shipped it. I packed it carefully & don’t know how it broke during shipping. This has never happened to me before. I wish you had contacted me before you gave me a three star rating & destroyed my rating statistics. I am terribly sick from chemotherapy and try SO HARD to provide 5 star service. I wish you had allowed me to contact Poshmark to arrange a refund first.

fashonista_diva @houndstooth Due to the fact that I really like the bag, as stated in my response to you, I was going to see if I could fix the strap back to its original state. I'm not sure how the strap got broken and my rating does not mean that your customer service was below standard. My rating simply means that the product I received was not ready to be used because the strap was broken and I have had to take additional steps to fix it so that it could be of great use.
