shelbysmommy05 @starlingodoms That would be if something needed to be returned to you. Like if you sold something and the buyer rejected it. I looked at mine and it just shows my address again but they give the option to ship to a different address.

brimarie31 @starlingodoms hi😊click on your little bottom corner icon and if you look at the list of options under your purchases and sales etc, you will see Poshmark frequently asked questions. It will tell you everything you need to know. If there’s ever a problem like you didn’t get a package then you can email contact Poshmark support👍🏻 But to cancel an order already placed you have to wait 7days and that’s only if they never sent it.

shelbysmommy05 @starlingodoms If your order has not been shipped after 7 days from the time it was purchased, we can assist you in cancelling the order for a full refund. To cancel your order: Step 1: Go to your Account tab Step 2: Select My Purchases Step 3: Select the relevant order Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry Step 5: Select Order is Delayed. We will then cancel your order. Once an order is cancelled, we will send you an email with all your refund details.
