Tracking says your dear creatures dress was out for delivery on the 12th and there wasn’t a secure drop off and then it said the same thing again today when it was out for delivery. Is there a way you can pick the item up at your post office?💕

@spyper hello. i am sorry for the late reply. the holiday preparations have been hectic. i really appreciate this effort, and i would like a refund. i am not sure how to go about a refund through poshmark. perhaps I can reach out to them to find out what to do. once i received a jacket with a huge hole in it and poshmark allowed a refund, but i decided to just keep the item and get it repaired because the seller sold it for a friend and didn't know it was damaged. i will email poshmark tonight
