@steffelice It was shipped this morning. I had to pay an additional $11 in shipping fees. POST office was busy today because of the holiday yesterday. Probably the cause of delay of the tracking. So sorry about this...

Hi I just wanted to be in touch about the Gnoce bracelet. I can assure you I had no idea it could be fake. I purchased two charms and received the bracelet as a gift with purchase. I am not very familiar with the brand but would never knowingly sell a knock off. I’m very sorry.

@caitihowells it looks like it was caught in a machine at the post office. These types of items don’t do well in paper envelopes. They usually need bubble wrap or additional wrapping in order to not have the item get caught.
