queenslaces Hi there. You ordered a Free People dress from me and I dropped it off at the post office on July 3rd, however, USPS never scanned the package to track it, which has never happened to me. queenslaces @stefbell718Yes. That would be best for you probably. I am so sorry that happened. I put in a lost mail claim but since they didn't scan it when I dropped it off, there's not much usps will do. I apologize for the inconvenience. I hope you have a wonderful day
