stefanielong @girlvintage Hi…I’m having a bit of frustration regarding purchasing listings that are old/outdated/inactive. Is there a way to tell how old a listing actually is? I haven’t been able to find a good way to do this, and I think I’ve purchased items from listings that are over a year old, the item is no longer available or the seller is inactive, which ends up in me having to cancel the order. It’s incredibly frustrating and happens way more often than is acceptable 😞

girlvintage @stefanielong Hi Stefanie. Yes, that would be very frustrating. In my 4 years of being on Poshmark I have never encountered this. What I would recommended is to contact Poshmark about the active closets. You can also report a closet by clicking the top right corner 3 small dots. I hope this helps. I will do some research and see what I can find out as well.
