You can see two plastic tags in pic the one paper snagged in zipper and ripped however still has plastic tag on it all my coach is NEVER used always tags. I won’t sell used lol. I will def work w you hun :) and I will accept returns however in person is more stunning haha. No worries ever w me :-) Jami
