virginiajensen Hey just wanted to say that you got a great closet set of the items though I can’t really tell what they look like they have Heather draped over the chair there’s lots of tips from other pastors or you can see how other people photograph for some ideas or I would be glad to help you I’m certainly not the best one to ask but I’m sure we can navigate it together

I have reported to Poshmark and I thought I messaged you either on the purchase post or somewhere but I can’t find it so I guess I did not. And the comment that I did leave on here looks like I meant to leave somewhere else. Getting to the point. I had called the post office because I needed a package rerouted and ask them to hold that package. They held ALL my packages 😳😱

virginiajensen @sgibbons4 I had not realized anything was wrong because my husband picked up the package that was asked to be held. They never said anything about other package is being etc. And then there all night in communication with each other. One man told me that they don’t even get scanned it there they go to the main post office before they’re even scanned?? How does that work because I’ve gone there and watch them scan the packages. So I don’t know.

virginiajensen @sgibbons4 So then I begin calling the main office which would be in Salt Lake City and nothing there. Then I went back to the original post office and they had my packages because they thought that I called to have them held. I’m so sad mad because customer service is my number one priority. If you would read my love note you can see that I go out of my way to make the customer feel special or pay attention to detail.

virginiajensen @sgibbons4 I offer my most sincere apology I watch to be scanned I reach out to Poshmark again! They said sometimes 24 hours to update. I just want you to think that I didn’t care that it wasn’t tracking or had not paid attention to it I watch these things I like to follow my packages out my door and into yours. Again I sincerely apologize. I hope this does not affect your feelings of the actual product.
