marydaniels163 Hi, have been struggling to find a way to tell you that was an accidental buy at midnight last night. The word "buy" is just above the page turn arrow. I've looked for a more private way to notify you. I know nothing about those shoes and would never have bought them without knowing a return policy. Tell me how to handle this please.

idaho_gurl5 @marydaniels163 We’ve spent a lot of time looking into this trying to figure out what options are available. It looks like Poshmark’s policy is that the buyer has 3 hours to cancel an order for “just in case/accidental purchase” situations, otherwise the policy states that all sales are final. After the 3 hours the only option we have is kind of a hidden option for a seller to cancel an order, but if the seller chooses this option they are penalized.

idaho_gurl5 @marydaniels163 We are also penalized if we do not ship the item out immediately while trying to come to a resolution. After the purchase was made last night you should have received both an email confirmation and a notification of a comment from us thanking you for the purchase; with these notifications we feel that you had heads up of the placed order.

idaho_gurl5 @abigailkimpler most definitely! Look into the Poshmark 30 minute method! It is a very good guide on how to increase interaction on your page. When I am following that method I get much better responsiveness and an increase in sales! I have also recently found that when I am looking for new followers I get the most return follows by going to a closet and following the people that are followers of that closet.

It increases my activity quickly and I find that my efforts are more effective where as if I follow the people that closet is following my efforts don’t seem to pay back quick as much! Good luck!
