Hi there - you recently bought a bag from me that had all accurate pictures showing stains/marks on the bag. Bottom and both sides yet you gave me a four star rating due “product cleanliness”. It was shipped exactly as pictured. It was also $20 and arrived one business day after you purchased it. Please consider all factors before giving someone a four star review.

@elysemtp hi there. I love the bag. The scuffs were not the issue. The shipping was amazing and the product was great. The inside however had lots of dirt and looked like it was not cleaned out. I even put it inside out and shook it and there was stuff falling. It was not bad i just wish you had wiped the inside pocket and bottom before sending.
