stellavkl @jeyland Hello. I understand and this has never happened before. If you want to wait a few days I’m sure it will turn up but I’m as baffled as you. Even though USPS picked it up it’s not scanned yet!. I’m so sorry this happened but I can promise you it’s not due to me. It should have reached you within a day. It’s so frustrating. 😔
