ddonald Hi! You just ordered a coach bag from me a lot with a set of 3 fossil watches... I am preparing to ship out tomorrow. However, I cannot find the pink Fossil watch anywhere! It seems to have disappeared from my house! Ugh. Can I cancel the order, and relist the watches at a lower price for you? And then you can reorder and rebundle for less money? I will take $15 off. So, This is not something I do, but I was wondering IF by chance you'd hold something or consider equal/fair trade for an item in my closet? suzalbertson Hi! I am having the hardest time getting my shipments out the door! Apparently I need to order boxes because all I can find are flat rate. I can't get my phone & printer to cooperate with each other to print my shipping labels. And on top of that, my wallet was stolen the other day. Anyway, how do I let my buyers know I'm trying? I have found boxes to use. I hope to get these out by tonight. But I'm so afraid I'm going to get horrible ratings and people won't want to buy from me. Your thoughts?

phets0 @suzalbertson I'm so glad you reached out to me with your questions. First, I would tag the people that bought things and be honest with them. I always offer to cancel if it's an inconvenience. Most people are not buying things for a time sensitive thing, but it's important to check with them.

phets0 @suzalbertson You technically have up to 7 days to ship. I always try and wrap things nicely and include an extra free gift. I also write thanks you notes for people. To find boxes, just go to the post office and ask or order them for free online. It just take a little to get them from online orders. Let me now if you have any more questions.

suzalbertson @phets0 Great! What I would like to say is something along the line of "a portion of all my sales during the month of October will go to help my stepsister with her medical bills. She is fighting breast cancer for the second time and it has spread to her bones." I also thought about briefly saying I've loved her since she was my best friend in high school and am so fortunate to be stepsisters for all these years. That may be too much though. What are your thoughts?
