xo__jenny @stephonearth I placed the labels wrong the boxes and your items was sent to another buyer. So basically you guys will be receiving each other items, hers were two Bralettes I am working with posh who will contact me within the next 48hours to resolve this issue! So sorry!

xo__jenny @stephonearth I’ve been in contact with Poshmark, to correct the mistake you need to file a claim. You can do so in the same area that you would normally confirm orders.

xo__jenny @stephonearth @roccckkyyy hey love check your email Poshmark is going to send you a label with the other customers information so that you guys can ship the items to each other. You can use any sized usps box or use that one the items were sent with. Also you can drop it off at the post office do or request a a package pickup form your home online via usps. So basically you guys will be shipping to each other. So sorry for the mistake, Poshmark and I will keep you updated!

roccckkyyy @xo__jenny @stephonearth Hi again. Still have not received my items, pretty ridiculous at this point. I have been very patient and understanding of the situation but this just isn’t okay with me anymore. I’d like to somehow get a refund, since it seems like my items will not be arriving. I know it was a big mix up, but I still don’t have the items I purchased and it’s been far too long. Please get back to me, thanks.

Again I’m so sorry this has never happened! I’ll be happy to offer you a 50% discount off any one item or items in my closet if you wish to purchase from me again so sorry.
