marieatl Hey there, it’s Marie that sold the Keens to you. I just got your rating and I’m truly sorry. I couldn’t find the size on those shoes anywhere and I was just going by what my son was wearing that summer which was a 10.5/11. I’m happy to give you your money back if you’d like to return them. This was totally unintentional and I feel horrible. Let me know how I can make it right. I only earned $5.55 for them but I’ll give the $8back for the return.

I'm bummed that he won't get to wear them right now but I'm sure he'll grow into them - I also have another son behind him so someone will get to use them. please don't feel bad, it was still a super-fast shipment and a lovely package!
