I sent posh a inquiry when I realized the labels had been flipped and notified them of the mistake. the other buyer is already aware to send back the item so I can resend out. I'm so sorry! I should have double checked before my helper took the packages to the post office that day. please open a case for this so I can get you your shoes and the other buyer can get their cups ☺️
