allyoooop Hi! You bought my keens! They are in great condition—but I’ve just realized I took out the insoles to try them in with my custom orthotics and now I cannot find the original insole. However, I have a brand new unworn pair of OnCloud insoles I’d be more than willing to include inside the shoe for the inconvenience. They are much nicer anyway. But wanted to provide you with that idea first

solaks @allyoooop Hello, since I am happy with the way that keens fit, I’d rather not take any chances with insoles that I’m not familiar with. I’m sure you’re probably right, but I’d prefer not to change my money on something I can’t return. I’m really sorry this won’t work out, as I’ve had my eye on these for months and envisioned outfits with them. I hope you’re able to cancel my order and still sell them!
