abbyandjane Also a tip from seller to seller, to bump your listings to the top of the feed- you can go to the listing , then hit edit, then next , then list. It will bring your listings back up to the top of the feed for optimal views. Hope this makes sense!

I have a small agency that provides services for individuals with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses and we are just getting through our first audit. I'm anxious to be done with it!

bmcneilly54 Steph, I have also emailed customer support several times since last night and have still not heard from anyone. I love this companies premise, but do not like their customer support! You cannot get a hold of anyone. I don't know what to do. I am leaving on Wednesday of next week to go out of the country and will be gone for 21 days.

bmcneilly54 I'm sorry for venting. I have worked for over 20 years in the Atlanta international gift and merchandise market. I've worked with huge key accounts and hundreds of manufacturers. I've never had this issue of not being able to get in touch with someone when there were problems.
