I’m sorry you feel that way about the jacket. The jacket had wrinkles before packaging (see pictures) and it was folded and placed in a clear plastic bag to avoid dust. I wouldn’t have mind a return since I only made $2 and some change. It should be fine with a steamer. Happy poshing!

thanks for your purchase of my Urban Outfitters rust orange shorts. I'm sorry that you were unhappy with the shorts per your low rating. I'm wondering if possibly you got confused with another purchase? You said that I did not describe the size correctly. As you can see clearly in my photos I took a picture of the size 32 tag in the back of the shorts and that is how I described them as a size 32. Would you mind checking your ratings and changing mine?. Thanks for all you do!
