Hi Stefani, I have 5 star ratings for over 100 sales... not only do I wrap and package things nicely, but I always put in a free gift. I also ship quickly. The fact that you are disappointed that the kimono belt is shorter than you would like is not really a fair reason for removing a star. The kimono is an authentic piece from Kyoto. Please consider whether you are giving fair ratings.
