stephybella40 @braziliara the item was dry cleaned and never put in the wash as per the care instructions and stored. You can send the item back to me if you are unhappy with the item. I apologize for this. I would never want anyone to be unhappy with a purchase they have made.

I saw it in your closet if I knew it looked like that I wouldn’t have sent it, I had my brother pack it and send it as I was out of town. 🙈since you accepted the shipment Posh can’t refund your money, so the least I can do is repurchase it so it’s not a total loss. Let me know.
