gucci1girl @sstabinski hi i accepted your offer of $140 for my gucci bamboo clutch, however when i accepted it a notice came up from poshmark saying your payment info is invalid and even tho i accepted the offer, the bag is still technically available for anyone to purchase and i have another offer so i wanted to let u know asap so u can fix it.

gucci1girl @morgan_mccarver She purchased it on June 20 last year and I didnt get my payment from posh until June 24 and obviously you can see she never wrote me back so she never accepted but after three business days or 72 hours or on the fourth day if the buyer doesn't file a claim and the buyer does not except the purchase & rate u, Poshmark Will automatically release your payment. So don't even bother writing to her. Just wait it out and advise others not to let her purchase

gucci1girl @morgan_mccarver Because you can see she doesn't sell things on here she only buys so I'm not sure if this is just a thing that she does but since I buy and sell on here out of respect when I buy as long as all is well I accept the purchase and read the seller immediately because that's what I would want in return

sstabinski @morgan_mccarver I have not received the item yet. Last date of June 23 on tracking history says in transit to next facility. I have been checking it everyday.

sstabinski @morgan_mccarver Spoke to rep at USPS. Last scan was June 20 from dist. ctr. in N. Houston. No scans it left dist. ctr. Opened case. Will contact me w/in 2-3 bus. days. You may want to confirm info, wait is long. I know you would like to be paid. Contrary to what gucci1girl implied, I am not trying to deceive or not pay for my purchase. Didn’t know you had to accept delivery of item in order to pay seller. I have more exp. using eBay- different from PM.

morgan_mccarver @sstabinski hey girl! Yeah I talked to them too. I’m not sure what’s going on with the package. They told me after 15 days if it still hasn’t been scanned again I can report a missing package but the lady was going to send out “emails” to try to see what the hold up is. If you hear anything please let me know and I’ll do the same! I talked to Poshmark too and they’re also aware and onboard.

gucci1girl @sstabinski yes because if the seller doesn't accept the purchase the bought from the time it gets delivered on the fourth day after tracking shows delivery #will automatically released the funds to the seller as long as the buyer does not file a complaint however I wasn't able to get a rating from you because of that

gucci1girl @sstabinski also if something is wrong with something u purchase, u only have 3 days to contact poshmark to file a complaint and if You wait until the third day it's possible that they won't get your email or complaint and then the funds could End up being released to the seller and once that happens the deal is done and the seller gets to keep the money and you're stuck with something defective or damaged broken stained etc.

sstabinski The backpack finally arrived! It looks like box was damaged and got wet. It came wrapped in a clear plastic bag with a note from USPS apologizing for the damage. There are a few sport on the leather but I will try to clean it. I will pay you for it now, thank you!
