wanderingcrab hey there! I shipped your purchase out 2 days ago and it still says pending shipping. hoping there is just an issue with usps but wanted to keep you updated. I will go back to the branch to see if I can get any details tomorrow!

wanderingcrab @s17sosa I just stopped by the mail room. Its day 3 without being shipped. It has been sent out 3 days ago. The employee said this has been happening recently with usps (not scanning packages when picked up) but she mentioned the packages are still being delivered 3-5 days after being sent so keep looking out for it. Hopefully its almost to you. We had some bad snow yesterday so that may delay slightly. I will keep checking back and doing what I can even though I'm limited at this step.

s17sosa @wanderingcrab thank you for being on top of it. I still see it’s pending a scan. We can wait a couple more weeks. I have several packages that I ordered in November that still haven’t arrived...So I totally get it.

wanderingcrab @s17sosa this is the first time I've ever experienced this and feel awful I didn't go somewhere where I see them scan the package just to have some piece of mind. My aunt works for usps and I asked today how long she thinks it will take and she showed me pictures of a warehouse filled with packages and said "weeks". Anyway,thanks for being such a good sport about this. Happy holidays to you♥️
