I think I'm ok for now with this 18 pan palette, I'm just starting with Seint as a customer, not an artist, so I'm sure I'll grow down the road! Yes, I've always wondered why Posh decided to go with only 1 shipping rate and such a high one at that! I've wanted to buy things for $5 or $10 dollars and shipping doubles it?
