katebwilliams @drgnflys Oh no it doesn’t affect me at all. Years ago someone told me the same thing and I was glad to know it. It just saves you wasting your time. I also don’t like buyers to think I’m hounding them with offers so that’s why I tell them. Most people know so it only happens on occasion. Happy New Year!
