angelasue68 I believe your item the backpack is at the post office waiting to be picked up according to shipping the box is too big to be delivered to your box so someone will have to pick it up at the post office double check the shipping information thank you

sooner333 @angelasue68 yea I seen the email and so I replied back to have them resend it to my place and leave it at the office but they were at lunch at that time so I called them again yesterday and the mailman had it but never brought it to me so now I have to go to a deferent post office Monday to get it :/
