helena90275 Hi Stephanie, Happy 4th!!! I’ve been tracking the progress of your order. I shipped immediately but somehow USPS tracking stopped on 6/27. I’ve reported to Poshmark and was informed if tracking does not take place by 7/7, they will take the next step. Likely consider it lost and refund both of us. I do have another size S floral dress but I only have a size M tan knit dress. Would you like me to put them on hold for you in case you need to rebuy? I am sorry for the delay.

stephzu @helena90275 thanks so much for being proactive! I was getting a little worried watching the tracking as well. Please hold the pink dress in the small just in case. And if the package really is lost, perhaps we discuss swapping the knot dress with something else you do have in stock? There’s a couple other dresses I liked.

helena90275 @stephzu Poshmark didn’t refund you? I got my money back yesterday after I sent them a follow up email as they requested. You need to notify them to confirm you didn’t receive the item so they can refund you. Go to “report problem” and report it!!!
