misskimmel I don't appreciate you lying when I clearly asked what brand it was and you said it was Dress the Population. You are clearly in the wrong here, I would not have paid that price for that brand when it is a brand sold at Macy's and Dillard's and sears.

lillyholl @misskimmel I assumed that was the brand since that's one of the main brands we sold. when i went to look it up since i no longer has tags that's the brand that came up.. it was a 250$ dress.. that's why i never put the brand in the description because i was unsure. if you have a problem with that, i don't know what to tell you. you could have contacted me directly. and realized it was a misunderstanding. thanks

misskimmel @lillyholl the dress still has tags on it and it's a Bee Darlin dress...and that brand of dress was sold at Nordstroms for $100. If you were unsure you could have said you didn't know, but the tags are still on the dress you gave me and they clearly say Bee Darlin, so I don't know why you couldn't see them or why you told me Dress he Population.

misskimmel I don't know how contacting you directly would have helped me here...all disputes have to be settled and claimed on Poshmark within 3 days of me receiving the item. I had to file it to ensure my monetary safety and security since it is not an authentic Dress the Population dress.

misskimmel Seems very fishy you claim you didn't know the brand you were selling and didn't list the brand when the tags are still on the dress you sent me! Seems like a scam and fraud to me. When I asked you shouldn't have said it was "Dress the Population." You could have looked at the dress you were selling and seen that it was a "Bee Darlin." I don't understand how you couldn't see that or why you didn't check before answering me. Seems like you were trying to deceive people...

lillyholl @misskimmel LOL okay surely I was trying to fraud people, whatever you say.. I meant the sale tags attached. when i googled that brand and dress..it was a dress the population dress came up. looked identical to the dress i thought it was the dress? i didn't know if it was a brand under them. I work AT Nordstrom MANY brands have sub brands, sorry for ASSUMING.

misskimmel @lillyholl yeah, sorry. You can't assume the brand you are selling people and tell them it's a brand that it isn't. That's called scamming. I asked if it was "Dress the Population," you said it was, and it isn't. End of story. There were other sellers and websites selling similar and identical dresses and I would have gone with them for much cheaper, but bought from you only because you said it was "Dress the Population." So, I'm the one who is getting screwed here.

misskimmel @lillyholl, an apology instead of attitude would be nice. If you hadn't lied about what you were selling we wouldn't be in this shitty situation. Take responsibility for your actions! Now I have nothing to wear to my event since I need to return this counterfeit "Dress the Population" dress. Don't see why you are mad here, you are the one who did this. Stop with snark and attitude and own the fact you lied.

misskimmel It also smells like an ashtray and has stains on the inside which you conveniently never mentioned! Would never wear this without dry cleaning which adds more cost to my already overpriced item I paid for! Thanks for nothing!!!
