stephy_styles @cecewarr hi, I hope I'm not too late to answer your question but if you want to make a private offer to your likers that liked a specific item, just go to the item and click on price drop located on the lower right side. Then it will give you the option to do a public price drop or price drop for likers (private) click on that one and then you'll get options on how much to private offer (10%,20% ect) or you can input your offer. That is one way to do it.

If you cant ship the item out at all go to "my sells" page click on the item sold and on the bottom it's going to say "problems/injury" click on that and cancel the order, but still make sure to notify the buyer. sweetpeadinoto hi Stephanie..I just got the Goddis sweater and I love it but there was something brown stuck to the front and when I pulled it off it is stained..I'm trying to gently get the stain off but it hasn't come out. I'm gonna have to return it unfortunately if it won't come out. it's right on the front. really bummed.its beautiful otherwise.
