Hello! I just wanted to let you know that I tried to ship your package today however it exceeds the weight of the upgraded labels offered by Poshmark as it is 11lbs. I have contacted Posh Support and hope to have a resolution soon but wanted to keep you updated. I’m so sorry for the delay

Hello! I received a reply from Posh Support and they only support a maximum weight of 10lbs. They suggested canceling the order and having you purchase the items in 2 bundles so that two labels could be generated and I could ship it out in two boxes rather than one. If you are ok with this I will cancel the order and create the bundles for you with offers that would total your original $90 offer. You would still only pay the one shipping fee as I will pay the second. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The amount supported by Posh. Customer support suggests canceling the order & splitting into two bundles. Would you be ok with this? Total cost for both would still be $90 & and I would cover shipping for the 2nd bundle. Please let me know if this is ok so we can proceed & get your items shipped out.

@lark354 Yes I believe we can do that. When you go to make the purchase you have to change your shipping address prior to the purchase so that it appears on the generate shipping label.
