Hi, I'm not sure if you got my 1st msg. There is a shipping problem with the shoes you purchased. I've contacted Posh support twice, but haven't gotten any help. I've never seen this happen before so I'm not quite sure how to handle it. I'm very sorry the package hasn't reached you. It was shipped 12 days ago! For done reason it keeps coming back to a distribution center in Southern California. I will geek on this problem and keep you updated. Again, I'm so sorry for this unexpected delay.
