@datcatbrat she gave me 4 star with no explanation. She got exactly what was in the photos. 2 necklaces. I even went down a lot on the prices for her and wrapped it all pretty. I think you're right.. people don't understand how we feel about our rating. Once I sold a pair of jeans for $7 nwot and got a 3 star that said, high quality nice jeans, fast shipping. Lol. I asked why the 3 star and they said because they didn't fit right!! Crazy.
