mahalo77 Hi, I was the person who purchased the flat iron. I have already had a very bad experience with purchasing another flat iron. I waited for over a week with the shipping status indicating it was waiting for shipment and then at the end I cancelled my order after the allowed 7 days. I would just like some reassurance this babyliss flat iron will be shipped to me soon. Thank you ~Mindy
